City of Centennial Election 2025 - As part of the City of Centennial, Smoky Ridge residents will vote for the offices of Mayor and District 4 in 2025. Official Centennial information is at Election Information – City of Centennial. This site does not make any endorsement of candidates, even those that live in Smoky Ridge. Three candidates for each office have declared their intention to run as of 7/16/2025.
Cluster Mailboxes - Contrary to what the newsletter said, not all of the community cluster mailboxes were replaced, though the ones not replaced still had usable life.
2025 Association Dues - Total Dues are $584.65 ($292.32 due semi-annually on January 1st and July 1st with a grace period of 10 days each, also, it's off by a penny, but rounding is such a hard concept)
ACC Requests - Visit the Homeowners' Portal to review the ACC Request Instructions, ACC Guidelines, and the ACC Fillable Request Form.
Declaration Voting - Members are currently voting on the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Letter dated September 21, 2023, initially sent via e-mail on October 4, 2023. Signed proxies are valid for 11 months. Ratification requires 2/3rds approval. The Board may petition the District Court for Arapahoe County to approve the Declaration as long as the requirements for the petition have been met. Once they reach 172 yes votes (err, just having 185 votes in total according to the April and May newsletters), the Board has indicated they will make the petition, and they are committed to getting this passed.
