smokyridge.org is not maintained, authorized, or commissioned by the Smoky Ridge Maintenance Association or Westwind Management Group. The Board appeared to have not renewed the domain in February 2024 and went to a GoDaddy auction per GoDaddy terms of service. The owner purchased close to auction end in order to protect it being used for questionable purposes. The new site launched on March 31, 2024.
If the Board/HOA wants the domain, please send an e-mail blast requesting it. Even though I paid to keep the domain safe at a GoDaddy auction (since the Board let the domain expire), I'll be happy to transfer the domain to them at no cost, though I won't maintain this page anymore.
While this site tries to be updated with the latest e-mails and homeowners' portal information, the owner of this domain makes no claims the information contained on this page is accurate. Please contact the association at a Board Meeting or through the management company for more information. Any e-mails from the smokyridge.org domain should be considered spoofed as no e-mail addresses have been setup for the domain as of this writing.
